Return & Refund Policy
At DastiyabStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank Transfer for COD orders). Refunds may take a few days to process depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
